Man in Tanzania searches for family in Ellesmere Port

A TANZANIAN man who is the son of an Ellesmere Port man is trying to trace his family in the town.

John Done, of Dar es Salaam, is the son of the late William Henry Done.

William Done was a British citizen who acquired Tanzanian residency in the 1980s when he married a Tanzanian woman, Esther John, in 1977. John William Done is their only child.

His father died in the early 1980s when John was a young boy and his mother died several years later.

John would like to find any of his family from his father’s side.
