TWO children’s charities are giving all Ellesmere Port kids the opportunity to receive a personalised letter from Santa.
The Port Arcades is supporting the NSPCC and Childline with this worthwhile appeal to help children have a happier Christmas.
To order a letter from Father Christmas to your children, grandchildren or a special child you know, just pick up a postcard from a dispenser around the shopping centre.
For a donation of £5, a personalised letter from him will then be sent straight to the child’s door. It’s bound to become a great keepsake that can be read again and again.
Donations made from this campaign will help the work the NSPCC and Childline do in protecting children all over the UK.
Childline has now counselled more than one million children and young people, and given them hope that someone out there does care about them.
Lonneke Rushton-van Hal from the Port Arcades said: “We are delighted to be involved with this exciting campaign and we know that getting a letter from Santa will make many children’s Christmas.
“We hope the NSPCC can help many more children with the money raised.”
The letters from Santa can be ordered until December 16 by filling in a postcard, available from the Port Arcades, or by visiting www.nspcc.org/santa.
