NEWLY born Lewis Crabb has weighed in at eight pounds – unaware he has to wait four years for his first birthday.
Lewis was the first Leap Year baby to be born at Crewe’s Leighton Hospital last week.
He was delivered at 2.58am.
Parents Jessica Betts and Peter Crabb, who works at Grampian Foods, are over the moon – despite Lewis’s late arrival.
“I was hoping he would come on the right day but he was three days late,” said 20-year-old Jessica, of Quantock Close.
“Because he’s been born in a leap year, we’re going for February 28 to celebrate his birthday.”
Lewis is the couple’s second child.
They also have a three-year-old boy, Callum.
