AN INDOOR Bowling Club for Bettisfield Village Hall has been set up thanks to a cash grant.
The Sports Council for Wales’ Community Chest Scheme funded the club with a grant of £408 towards the cost of bowls and bowling equipment.
Community Chest is a National Lottery funded Grant aid Scheme designed to encourage more people to become more physically active more often
Sixteen residents have signed up to the club for bowling to take place monthly from May to September and weekly October to April.
