A NEW Next store is opening its doors in Ellesmere Port, creating 60 jobs.

Next has moved into the former Borders store on The Coliseum retail park in Cheshire Oaks and launches tomorrow.

The former Borders book shop closed in 2009.

The 30,000sq ft complex will be one of the biggest in the UK and is accompanied by Next Home, Costa Coffee and Lipsy London.

Next is inviting customers to the launch wearing a pink top or T-shirt to be in with a chance of winning a new pair of jeans!

Customers wearing pink will be entered in to the prize draw to win Next denim jeans when they make a small donation of £3 to their chosen charity - Cancer Research UK.

At three times bigger than the previous premises, this newly designed store will be replacing the old store that sits on the same retail park.

The new Next store will be 10 times bigger than the former Home department.

For those looking for something for their home, there are new accessories ranging from floral appliqué cushions to beach hut chalkboards.

The opening hours of the store will be Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 8.30pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 10.30am to 5pm.
