Frodsham Patchwork Group’s 40 members didn’t send each other Christmas cards this year and instead raised £106 for a club which organises social events for adults with learning disabilities.
The group meets each fortnight at Frodsham Community Centre and decided to make a donation towards the Rainbow Club based in the youth club next door.

Rainbow Club leader, Margaret Telfer said: “We are really grateful for the support of the patchwork group and other organisations who support the club and help us organise activities and social outings for our members.”
