NIGHTINGALE House is reminding people about its forget-me-not garden at the hospice in Chester Road, Wrexham.

Forget-me-nots will be planted in the grounds in celebration of friends, family and loved ones for all to view as they drive past.

In order to have flowers planted you need to make a donation and, no matter how big or small it is, the hospice will plant them on your behalf.

Donations will go directly to the hospice and help provide specialist palliative care and support to future patients and their families.

Application forms are available at reception, the income generation office or they can be sent out.

For more information, call 01978 314 292.

The completed forms will be displayed on the forget-me-not board in the hospice reception throughout June and July.
