STAFF from NatWest’s Ellesmere Port and Neston branches swapped their uniforms for overalls to help rejuvenate a cricket club.

They offered their services as part of NatWest CricketForce, which is the largest volunteer event in sport.

They helped with numerous projects, including fence painting, at Irby Cricket Club in Wirral.

NatWest’s senior branch manager Russell Finch said: “We all worked really hard, but also made sure we had a lot of fun. It’s great to see what we have achieved for Irby Cricket Club in such a short space of time.”
