AN ELLESMERE PORT man has been charged with causing death by careless driving following an accident last summer.
The case against Jeffrey Cull, 41, of Woodchurch Lane, Ellesmere Port, was listed at Flintshire Magistrates’ Court in Mold today (Thursday).
But it had been adjourned administratively to appear at Wrexham Magistrates Court tomorrow.
Cull has denied causing the death of Ronald Thomas Hogg by driving a Vauxhall Vectra without due care and attention in Thornfield Avenue, Connah’s Quay, on June 3 last year.
Mr Hogg died later on June 23.
A case management hearing is due to be held tomorrow pending trial.
