ŠA MAN from Ellesmere Port was banned from driving for 28 months and given a 12-month community order after he was found to be more than three times the legal alcohol limit.
Anthony Parker, 41, of Grace Road, was driving a Volkswagen Golf on Woodland Road on March 22 when he was breathalysed.
The test showed a reading of 114, the legal limit being 35. Parker admitted the offence at Chester, Ellesmere Port and Neston Magistrates’ Court on April 22.
He must pay £60 costs and can reduce the ban by taking an approved driving course at a cost of £155.
