A CHOIR in Ellesmere Port is inviting residents to join it in an evening of music, entertainment and dance performed by a raft of local talent.

Port Harmony Community Choir and community groups from across Ellesmere Port and Neston will join emerging artists for a night of rappers, free runners, signing choirs, street dance and drummers.

The event will take place on Friday, July 20, from 7.30pm at Ellesmere Port Civic Hall, with acts including singer Rebecca Gorman, 10-year-old dancer Oakleigh Briscoe, rapper That’s Juvey, Hip and Harmony Street Dance Kidz and the Ellesmere Port and Cheshire Parkour Collective.

They will be joined by drummer Seth, musician Meghan Spacey, CH64 Community Acappella Singers and the Signing Hands Sign Choir, with The Last of the Fridgeraiders acting as the house band.

Local member Cllr Gareth Anderson will act as compère for the evening.
