Ellesmere Port children’s home up for sale

A FORMER childrens home in Ellesmere Port is for sale.

The Quillets, Armthorpe Drive, Little Sutton closed earlier this year.

Now, Cheshire West and Chester Council is looking to sell by informal tender with a closing date for offers of September 16.

The property is adjacent to Sutton Green Primary School and occupies a site of almost an acre (0.376 hectares).
