Toddlers put on their Easter bonnets for a parade.

The event took place at Capenhurst Village Preschool which meets in the Village Hall on Capenhurst Lane, Capenhurst.

The winners were Libby Hughes and Callum Nicholson who received a prize for their efforts.

“All of the children had made bonnets and hats, they were all great,” said supervisor Norma Wilson.

The children also took part in an Easter egg hunt and had a lovely mini Easter egg each for taking part.

The preschool sends a ‘big thank you’ to Clare Green, the headmistress of Capenhurst Church of England Primary School for having the hard task of judging the bonnets and also to all the parents and grandparents who attended the preschool’s coffee morning and those parents who helped out.
