A 22-YEAR-OLD man has been banned from driving for 28 months after being stopped by police when three times over the limit.
Scott Prince, of Park Road, Northwich, was arrested on the night of December 30 and pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving without insurance at Vale Royal Magistrates Court on Thursday.
He was also ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid work in the community and told he must pay a total of £259 in fines and court costs.
