THE battle for Wrexham FC will continue at Birmingham High Court on Friday.

The legal team for administrators David Acland and Steve Williams will take on representatives acting for Dragon's owner, Alex Hamilton.

They believe the Racecourse stadium should be transferred from Mr Hamilton's company, Crucialmove Ltd, back to the club and are challenging the legality of Mr Hamilton's acquisition of the land.

Mr Acland and Mr Williams moved for a summary judgement which started at Birmingham High Court last Friday. The case continues this Friday.

But a judge's decision is not expected immediately.
