TRAINEE doctors were put in the dock thanks to a firm of solicitors.

Future medics were charged with sexual harassment at a mock employment tribunal held in Flint Magistrates’ Court.

The project was the brainchild of Wrexham and Flintshire-based solicitors Cyril Jones and Co.

Glen Murphy, a partner at Cyril Jones, who scripts the sessions and plays advocate along with partner Michael Cunnah, said: “Every GP will one day be either an employer or an employee, and it is part of general working life these days to be familiar and be prepared for the prospect of something going wrong in the workplace.

“This is part of their training.”
