A WINSFORD man accused of two sexual offences against young girls has been kept behind bars until his next court hearing.
Christopher Hooper, 47, of no fixed abode, is due to appear at Vale Royal Magistrates Court on December 19, when a date for a crown court hearing will be set.
His solicitor, Andrew McInnes, made no application for bail at a hearing last week. Hooper is accused of indecently assaulting a girl under 16, and sexually touching another girl.
Magistrates said the case must be heard at crown court due to the serious nature of the allegations.
