A CHARITY which cares for people in Ellesmere Port and Chester was one of four finalists in the running for a team accolade.
Crossroads Care Cheshire West and Wirral was one of the nominees for the Care Team Award at the inaugural Great North West Care Awards at Manchester United Football Club.
The eventual winner of the award, which is given to the team which is best able to demonstrate their passion and care towards their work, was Wirral-based Haven Care.
The awards were made by TV presenter Adrian Mills.
