A REALITY TV star is the latest person to sign up for the Nightingale House’s Ladies Midnight Walk.

Samantha Evans, 20, was crowned winner of make-up brand Benefit’s new advertising campaign after taking part in the reality TV show, Coleen’s Real Women.

She will join hundreds of other women on Saturday, June 27, in raising funds for the hospice by walking 10 miles around Wrexham.

Samantha, of Prestatyn, said: “I can’t wait to take part in the sponsored 10 mile walk for Nightingale House Hospice, it sounds like it will be a great night.

“On my recent visit to the hospice I was amazed at what a lovely, friendly and welcoming place it was, with such wonderful resources and staff. It is such an amazing place and I am happy to do what ever I can to help them reach their funding goal for this year.”

It costs £2.55m per year to run Nightingale House Hospice – around £7,000 per day. Only 18% of this comes from statutory government sources.
