FAIRY folk across the UK will be dusting off their wings as Cheshire’s gardens announce the launch of a Fairies Go Free policy to celebrate the arrival of the county’s dramatic displays of bluebells.

In honour of folklore linking bluebells and the fairy world, any child who visits the gardens wearing a fairy costume during bluebell season can explore them for free.

Gardens participating from now until June 1 include Capesthorne Hall and Gardens, Arley Hall and Gardens and Norton Priory.
