SOUTH Cheshire charity CLASP, which supports single parent families, is encouraging people to sponsor its triathlon challenge on Saturday.
The triathlon course will follow the Salt Line on the Trent and Mersey Canal at Hassall Green, and involves six miles of canoeing, portage and walking.
The team will be made up of CLASP staff, volunteers, parents and youngsters.
CLASP is hoping to raise much needed funds to help sustain the service they provide to single parent families following family breakdown.
