AFTER five years’ service Lesley George has retired as chair of the Chester, Ellesmere Port and Neston Business Forum.
Lesley, who works for Chester University’s Centre for Work Related Studies, was presented with an engraved silver plate at the Forum AGM. She will now take on the role of vice-chair.
Stepping into the role of chair is Carol Pengelly, who is the MD of David Summers Discos, a director of Elegant Lighting and an independent distributor of an on-line card company.
Carol has been a member of the Forum for four years and hopes to encourage trade between members during her term in office.
