AN ELLESMERE Port building firm has donated more than 100 selection boxes to children living at and visiting Claire House Hospice.

Staff and visitors from Rok had each donated at least one box during the past few weeks, until they had reached their century.

Representatives from the company then visited Claire House in Bebington, which looks after poorly and terminally-ill children, to present the boxes to staff and youngsters.

Rok area leader Matt Jones said: “By everyone of us making a small donation, we have been able to collect quite an amount of chocolate.

“Claire House is funded largely by external organisations and businesses and we are really pleased to be able to show our support, particularly at this important time of the year.”
