A PUB owner in Overtonon-Dee is offering a reward for information about the theft of a bouncy castle from the garden of the Trotting Mare.
Thieves took the children's castle, which had been deflated overnight, and the blower machine, some time between midnight on Tuesday, August 12, and 10am on Wednesday, August 13, from the outdoor play area at the pub.
Owner Gary Millington said: 'I had only had it since Easter and it cost £1,200. It was very popular with the children, especially in the summer. It must have taken four people to move it but because it was during the night no-one knew what was happening. I'm offering a reward of £200 to get it back.'
The bouncy castle is around 14ft square, with blue, red and yellow stripes and a blue frame. The police are appealing for anyone who saw anybody acting suspiciously in the area, or who knows the whereabouts of the castle, to contact them on 0845 607 1002.
