A MAN has been issued with an ASBO banning him from several locations across Widnes.
Gary Worsley, 46, of no fixed abode, had the order imposed on him by Warrington Magistrates Court.
As a result, he is no longer allowed to enter Albert Road, the Windmill Centre, the Greenoaks Centre, Asda’s precinct area or Frederick Street.
Joe Reeves, anti-social behaviour officer for Halton, said the ASBO proved that Cheshire Police is taking steps to stop anti-social activity.
He said: “This Asbo is another example of the efforts made by Cheshire Police to tackle anti-social behaviour and the effects it has on local communities.”
