FATHER Christmas is appealing to the businesses and people of Ellesmere Port to help him provide grotto visitors with presents.
He is looking for donations for his grotto at Gordale Garden Centre, which opens on Saturday, December 8, and is raising money for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd.
Hospice community fundraiser Helen Higginson said: “The grotto has become a huge success and last year 2,100 children had the magical experience of meeting Santa which helped to raise a fantastic £8,500 toward patient care at the hospice in Backford.”
