A GALA dinner with courses provided by the leading lights of North West cooking will raise money for charity at Thornton Hall Hotel.

The meal at Thornton Hall Hotel, on Neston Road, Thornton Hough, on Friday, August 10, will feature courses created by a host of award-winning chefs.

Courses will be prepared by David Gilmore, executive chef at the Lawns Restaurant; curry evangelist Nisha Katona; Paul Askew, chef patron of the London Carriage Works in Liverpool; award-winning North West chef Steven Doherty MCA; and Academy of Culinary Arts chef Andrew Bourne.

There will be entertainment from classical guitarists The Katona Twins.

Tickets cost £45, with proceeds going to RABI Supporting Families, the Academy of Culinary Arts Chefs Adopt a School and Claire House Children’s Hospice.
