The King’s Junior School enjoyed a special visit from KS Dance limited.

KS Dance limited is a Warrington-based company with full-time dance students ranging from ages 16-21 all at various stages of their dancing careers.

The dance company performed to the pupils for an hour, as part of their Allegrodance Tour , an array of different styles of dancing. Pupils at The King’s School enjoyed watching flamenco, jazz, tap, contemporary and act one and two of Ballet Coppelia.

Year 3 pupils were further treated to a workshop by the dancers. They were taught dances from the performance and even had a go at some African dancing.

King’s was also delighted to have audience member Brenda Last, a patron of KS who has been made an OBE for her contribution in performing arts.
