Chronicle reader Ronnie Bell sent us these action packed photographs of a school trip in the late 1970s.
Pupils from a school which he describes as 'Ellesmere Port School' visited the 1 Gordons Saighton camp near Chester in 1979 and judging by the black and white shots, the youngsters got plenty of fresh air and exercise to build up an appetite for a slap up lunch.
