The pupils at The Hammond Preparatory School have been busy thinking about other children as the festive season approaches.

They have taken part in Operation Christmas Child, a charity that delivers shoeboxes filled with gifts and useful things to children around the world who may not receive very much or anything at Christmas. The boxes are now on their way and hopefully the children will soon find out what part of the world their boxes have been delivered to.

The pupils also took part in Children in Need and went on a sponsored walk from school all the way into Chester along the Greenway Cycle Path.
