A team made up of 12 mums, one dad, a headteacher and deputy headteacher are taking on a muddy challenge.
Team ‘Yummy Mummies’ from St Oswald’s CE Primary School in Mollington will be taking part in the Combat Solider 5k Battle Run to raise money for the Emily Ffion Trust on Saturday, September 20 at Chester Lakes, Doddleston.
The team are hoping to raise as much money as they can for the charity which was set up following Emily’s death to support suddenly bereaved families through the unexpected loss of a child.
