Youngsters get on their bikes

KIND-HEARTED community officers have donated recovered bicycles to Blacon Adventure Playground.

Chester Outer neighbourhood policing unit's PCSO Mike Henry and

PC Scott Thompson delivered the bikes to assistant play leader Chris Picken.

They will be dismantled and rebuilt by young people, helping them develop their mechanical skills.

Any new parts which are needed are provided by young people and they keep their creations once they have restored them to their former glory.
