ALWAYS the bridesmaid, never the bride, is how the saying goes.

But what happens if you never even get to be the bridesmaid.

For young Kerry Davison, of Great Sutton, her greatest wish is to be a bridesmaid, but with no impending weddings in the family, she looks like being disappointed.

Now, 11-year-old Kerry has decided to offer her services to anyone who would like a young attendant for their big day.

'Kerry's always wanted to be a bridesmaid, ever since she was a little girl,' said mum Debbie.

'We've told her that she'll have to wait till her older brother Martin gets married but she really wants to be one while she is still a child.'

Martin is only 13 so the wait might just be too long. nIf you could make Kerry's dream come true, contact the Pioneer's news-desk on 0151 356 2345.
