A PIONEERING workshop for people in Frodsham is busy making wooden toys and decorations to sell at the craft fair at Frodsham’s Christmas Festival.
Frodsham deputy mayor, Cllr Brian Lloyd, dressed as Father Christmas, made a flying visit to check on progress at the Will to Work Workshop in Fountain Lane.
He was greeted by members dressed as Christmas elves as they churned out goods for their stall in Castle Park during the festival on December 4 and 5.
Geoff Prince founded the workshop eight years ago and now leads a team of around 30 less-abled people who take commissions for various community projects to help raise funds for the workshop.
Volunteers are always needed and anyone who help out in the workshop can contact Geoff on 01928 731477.
