A woman was injured after her car crashed into the central reservation on the M56 .
Her Ford Ka collided with the barrier eastbound between junctions 15 and 14 at 12.14pm on Tuesday.
North West Ambulance Service attended and the woman was assessed by paramedics at the scene.
Cheshire Police said her injuries do not appear to be serious.
The car has now been moved so the motorway is clear.
Traffic had built up past junction 15, but should now ease.
