Workers at a Winsford company had to be evacuated when a fire broke out in a piece of machinery this morning (March 2).
Firefighters were called to tackle the blaze at Jiffy Packaging, on Road Four, at 9.23am.
Crews from Winsford and Northwich were at the scene for around one and a half hours while they extinguished the fire, using a hose reel jet.
The incident was then handed back over to the owners of Jiffy Packaging.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said a sprinkler system activated and helped to contain the damage.
