A NEWLYWED couple’s pictures of their special day were stolen by a callous thief at the Queen Hotel on City Road.

The camera, which is thought be worth more than £1,000 and contains photos of their special day, was taken at about 10.20pm on Sunday, August 30.

Cheshire police spokeswoman Jo Preihs said: "We are appealing for information following the theft of a camera from the Queen Hotel on City Road, Chester. "As the hotel was very busy at the time of the theft, police are releasing CCTV pictures of a man they would like to speak to in relation to this case."
