VOLUNTEERS are needed to help run Cheshire’s only marathon.
The Chester marathon will be held on Monday, May 31 and is in aid of the Hospice of the Good Shepherd.
There are a variety of marshalling tasks to be undertaken. You’ll be working in small teams with an experienced team leader, either at a drinks station near Saughall or in Guilden Sutton. Volunteers don't only contribute to a safe and enjoyable race. Those taking part will receive a race T-shirt and will be contributing to vital fundraising for the Hospice.
