CREWS tackled a rubbish fire which spread causing damage to a vacant property in Chester.
The fire was started at the rear of the unoccupied house in Darwin Close at 2.14am this morning (Sunday, May 17).
With the rubbish so close to the property the heat and smoke caused damage to the window frame and brickwork.
