Police are no longer investigating an early hours serious sexual assault in Chester.
Officers were called out shortly after 3am on Monday, December 16 to Union Street after reports of an assault on a 19-year-old girl.
The area was cordoned off for investigation but further inquiries have concluded that no crime actually took place.
