TWO men have been charged with the murder of a French flight attendant in Ellesmere Port.
Sebastian Bendou, 35, and Dominik Kocher, 34, appeared at Chester Crown Court on Friday (July 19), charged with the murder of 35-year-old Ryanair employee Christophe Borgye, who has been missing since 2009.
Both cases were adjourned for premilinary hearings on August 12.
Married father-of-three Kocher, of Dumfries, along with his cousin Manuel Wagner, 25, also faces charges of burying and concealing the body of Mr Borgye and preventing his lawful burial after human remains were found under a brick outbuilding of a property in Hylton Court, Ellesmere Port earlier this year.
A post mortem examination revealed the cause of death to be blunt force trauma and although police have still not officially identified the remains, as they search for dental records, they say they believe they belong to Mr Borgye, who was from Strasbourg.
Bendou and Kocher will be remanded in police custody until August 12.
