Two people were arrested following a drugs warrant being issued at an address in Hoole this morning (Thursday, July 7).
Neighbours said there were about six police cars in Tomkinson Street at around 9am.
Adam Field, 25, from Tompkinson Street, was later charged with being concerned in the production of a class B drug (cannabis) and will appear at Chester Magistrates Court on July 22.
A 28-year-old woman was cautioned for being concerned with the production of a Class B drug (cannabis).
