There were festive scenes at Upton Village Hall as the Travis Academy Ballet and Theatre School staged their Christmas celebration.
Around 180 people enjoyed the event which featured a choreography display put together by some of the pupils and a festive musical play written by the school’s principal, the professional artiste and teacher Kathryn Travis.
Sixty children took part in the performance, which took place on Saturday, December 12, and it was followed by a disco party for the whole school.
The youngest member of the cast was three-year-old Oriana Navas, who joined her sister Aurora for the first time on stage.
Aurora, 12, already has plenty of stage experience and helped the younger members of the cast.
The school offers RAD ballet, tap, musical theatre and drama training for children aged three to 18 and is based at the Upton Village Hall.
