POLICE are appealing for fresh information after thieves targeted a Sandbach garden furniture store for the second time in seven weeks.

In the latest incident more than £5,000 of stock was stolen from the Timber Garden Supplies warehouse in Millbuck Way. It was raided undercover of darkness some time between

9pm on Monday, August 15, and 7.30am the following morning. Garden furniture and tools worth £5,000 were stolen, and £350 in cash.

The previous incident happened at 8.30pm on Sunday, June 26.

A white van was seen at the rear of the premises around the time of the burglary.

The stolen items included five Cambridge-make tables, 10 Cairo tables, three Canterbury tables and three loungers.
