The Grosvenor Shopping Centre in Chester has teamed up with Taste Cheshire to showcase the best food and drink the region has to offer on Friday and Saturday (July 1-2) with the Taste Cheshire Food Fiesta.

Taste Cheshire general manager Lisa Edwards said: “We were delighted to be asked by Grosvenor to bring our members to Chester’s premier shopping centre for these two days.

“We create flavours from right across the world here in Cheshire, brilliant chocolates, cakes, preserves, chutneys and even Cheshire made Gin and these will all be showcased at this Food Fiesta. Visitors to the centre are in for a real tasting treat.”

More than 20 top producers will be showing their goods from 9.30am-5pm on both Friday and Saturday with visitors having the opportunity to try taste and buy. Artisan Cakes, Spitting Feathers Brewery, Weird and Wonderful Cheese , Pen y Lan award winning sausages, Powells Pork Pies, Olives, Samosas and so much more all feature over these two special days.

Grosvenor Shopping Centre General manager Julie Webb said: “Since we created this unique event space in the middle of our centre we have wanted to bring it to life with all the best our region has to offer and this event with Taste Cheshire shows just what is possible. We are genuinely delighted to be presenting this Food Fiesta with the hope it will become an annual event.”
