A country road in Tarporley is to be closed next week to allow tree cutting to be carried out.
The restriction will apply to Cobblers Cross Lane on Tuesday, January 12 and will be in force for a maximum of five days.
However, the tree cutting itself, which will be carried out by ScottishPower, is only expected to last for one day.
Access will be allowed for premises situated on Cobblers Cross Lane and for emergency service vehicles.
Alternative routes for through traffic will be made available along Sapling Lane, Royal Lane and Eaton Lane.
