FRODSHAM College is celebrating yet another successful year for its students with 65% achieving A*-C grades.

Twins Stephanie and Katrina Walker scored four A*s, six Bs, four As and six Bs respectively – a close-run thing as the girls are always friendly competitors.

Another student, Amy Grieve, returned from Beijing where she was representing Great Britain as student ambassador at the Olympic Games to find out she had achieved three As, three Bs and two Cs.

Another outstanding achievement was by Yulia Syabro, who spoke little English when she came from Russia in September 2007 yet still managed to achieve two As, three Bs and five Cs.

Other outstanding students include: Matthew Hughes, two A*s, five As and one B; Matthew Lambert, three As and six Bs; Charlotte McCormac, three As and five Bs; Jade Newton Yeons, four A*s, four As and one B; Jade Pacheco, two A*s and six As; Zoe Pile four A and five Bs; Liam Tamber, six As and four Bs; George Kelly, three As, five Bs and one C; Matthew Winrow, three As and six Bs; Emma Wilson, five As and six Bs.
