ELLESMERE Port actor and director Bryan Povey is celebrating the success of some of his talented students.

The youngsters, who attend Dramania Performing Arts School, swept the honours board with some dazzling Music Theatre exam results.

The students honoured, Mimi Birch, John Birch, Rosie Taylor, Lola CJ, Fran Stephens and Jed Birch, are not resting on their laurels.

They are in rehearsal for a Dramania production in July, as well as preparing for another music grade at the end of this month.

Also ahead of them is a Dramania charity football show and match in Chester this Sunday in aid of the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, for which Dramania has already raised hundreds of pounds.

Cheshire Oaks schoolgirl Rosie Taylor said: 'I'm going to be singing Lloyd Webber piece at the show but I'm not nervous. I never get nervous.'
