EVENT management students at the University of Chester are inviting people to taste flavours from around the world.

No Limit Events, a company established by second-year students, will host an evening of entertainment at the Commercial Hotel on Sunday, February 24, at 7pm.

Guests will be able to visit different rooms which will be transformed into exotic destinations, learn more about different cultures and test their brains and brawn at countries of the world themed quiz.

Tickets cost £3 from nolimitsevents@hotmail.co.uk with proceeds going to Childreach International.The following Tuesday, February 26, another group of students will host an evening of music and comedy to raise money for the Ben Cohen StandUp Foundation – a charity that aims to ‘stand up’ against bullying of any nature.

The Streets are Alive with the Sound of Pride event, again at The Commercial Hotel, from 7-11pm, with performances from Dan Nightingale and ME & Deboe. It supports the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.
