ARTS clubs in Vale Royal can register their details for inclusion in a new Sports and Arts Directory to be produced by the borough council.
Cllr John Grimshaw (recreation, rural and culture) said: 'This directory has been set up to provide people with a comprehensive database of sports and arts clubs in Vale Royal, making it easier for them to access cultural and sporting activities in the area.
'I hope local arts and sports clubs will take this chance to promote their club and activities for free.'
The directory is published in hard copy every two years and will be available, free of charge, from schools, libraries, doctors, and in all council facilities in the autumn.
Sports club information is also available online at the council's website at www.valeroyal.gov.uk.
Club's can register their details by email at leisure@valeroyal.gov.uk or contact the Leisure Department on 01606 867680 to request a registration form.
